Baltimore, Md. (Jan 25. 2018) – MyWay Mobile Storage of Baltimore is assisting the Takoma Park Cooperative Nursery school in their efforts to fundraise in early 2018. MyWay Mobile Storage of Baltimore has donated three of our Portable Storage Safebox units for safe storage of donated belongings. A Takoma Park Cooperative Nursery School employee is coordinating the efforts. The school is collecting clothing and small household items and they will be accepting donations until March 10th. The funds earned from the donations will go directly to supporting the school.
“Thanks to the MyWay Mobile Storage units and the additional storage space they have generously donated to our fundraiser, I have been able to expand my donation request to a larger group. We have already collected 120 bags of items and I anticipate we will at least double that. Without the units I would be storing all these items in my basement and across the area in various houses and garages. Having the units allows us to centralize everything, which will save us time and energy in the long run. It is also super convenient to load things directly from my car to the boxes and I do not need to lug things down the basement stairs,” says spokesperson.
The Takoma Park Cooperative Nursery School, established in 1942 celebrated its 75 year anniversary in 2017. The Cooperative School is licensed by the State of Maryland and is a 501 (c) 3 organization. Their mission is to “nurture children as individuals while deepening their sense of connectedness and humanity.
